The ski paradise Radstadt-Altenmarkt, in the middle of Ski Amadé, is right on our doorstep and offers varied slopes for all ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Whether you are an experienced summit climber, a complete beginner or a freerider, the popular skiing area of the Salzburger Sportwelt guarantees fun and convinces with the best conditions. A successful skiing vacation should not be short of fun in the huts. Numerous restaurants surprise with Austrian delicacies and a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of the ski bus stop right outside the front door and the pleasant free ski bus transfer.
Winter hiking

Cross country skiing
Altenmarkt-Zauchensee has one of the largest cross-country skiing networks in the Salzburg Sportwelt to offer. About 260 kilometers of groomed cross-country trails invite you to skate or classic cross-country skiing and are even suitable for a day trip. Whether beginner, advanced or competitive athlete – there is the right cross-country skiing trail for everyone. The best part? It may even be used by you free of charge.
Tobogganing
Tobogganing fun for young and old! Four toboggan runs, three of which are illuminated at night, are located in the immediate vicinity or only a few minutes away by car. We recommend the climb quite traditional on foot, decelerating and environmentally friendly. And if that’s still not fast enough for you, you can easily book a toboggan cab. The sleds can of course be rented on site.
Thermal bath
If your ski day should ever fall into the water due to the weather, then let yourself fall into the water as well. The Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt with its pool and sauna landscape invites you to do so. Various slides, the 3m diving tower and the wave pool ensure action and the themed saunas, a hamam and a steam bath provide the necessary relaxation and tranquility and for the small or large portion of wellness in your vacation.

Dachstein glacier
A trip to the Dachstein glacier should not be missed. With attractions such as the suspension bridge, the staircase to nowhere, the Sky Walk and the Ice Palace, visitors to Dachstein are treated to incredible experiences.
